For any issues or disputes our resolution process is as follows:
- Firstly, our support staff will review your complaint, or dispute and contact you with regard to your preferred resolution. This can be done via phone or email – whichever you would prefer we contact you on!
- Hopefully we will be able to resolve your matter then and there. We will always endeavour to do our best to assist with anything we are able to. We acknowledge that sometimes matters can be complex, and we are here to listen, and to help as best we can.
- If we are unable to assist in resolving the issue, your matter will be escalated to the relevant management team, who are in charge of compliance, and all things legal.
- Our Compliance & Legal team will contact you regarding the matter, and discuss what we can do to help to resolve the issue, helping to clarify any confusion around your rights and potential obligations.
Alternatively, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your resolution inquiry you are able to contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (the AFCA) regarding your complaint. The AFCA act as a third-party to investigate disputes and complaints against businesses.
Please see the AFCA website for more details: https://www.afca.org.au
