Current Vacancies
Operations Help Desk
This is a Brisbane based position.
You will be the main person for providing technical assistance and support related to our computer systems, hardware and software. This will consist of answering queries from users and addressing system issues in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a Cryptocurrency Exchange would be desirable but not mandatory.
IT & Programming
This is a Brisbane based position.
You will be responsible for the writing of code for both computer programs and mobile applications. You will be involved in the maintaining, debugging and troubleshooting systems and software as issues arise. Experience in Cryptocurrency Exchange would be desirable but not mandatory.
Support Team Exchange
This is a Brisbane based position.
You will be responsible for responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from users providing technical support across the company either in person or over the phone. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, monitoring and maintaining these computer systems and networks. Experience in a Cryptocurrency Exchange would be desirable but not mandatory.
Customer Service Support Exchange
This is a Brisbane based position.
Your responsibilities would be for answering product and service questions. Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to ensure smooth running of the business. Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a friendly manner. Maintaining a record of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents. Experience in a Cryptocurrency Exchange would be desirable but not mandatory.
Marketing
This is a Brisbane based position.
Your responsibilities will be to monitor market trends, create advertising campaigns and targeting strategies based on demographic data. You will also be responsible for working with PIPezi to develop more awareness of what PIPezi offers. Experience in a Cryptocurrency Exchange would be desirable but not mandatory.
