Accounts take between 12 and 24 hours to be recovered.
In order for us to provide you with access to your account again, you may be required to provide the following:
- Information or documents used for your original KYC application with us
- Personal information relating to you, and your account
- Information relating to recent account transactions
We recommend that at the conclusion of each use, you download the latest version of your account statement, for your own records. Please keep this statement dated at the time of download, in a folder on your computer, or a secure USB Storage Device.
NEVER GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS TO ANOTHER PERSON, OR BUSINESS.
Please keep your account, and any details relating to your account private. As a member, you have signed and agreed to be bound by our Membership agreement, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. The Terms & Conditions for using our services clearly state that where an account is found to have been used by a person other than the account holder, for unauthorised reasons, PIPezi reserves the right to terminate the account.
Where an account is suspected of being used for unauthorised purposes, PIPezi may suspend the account, pending an investigation of the account’s activities.
If an account holder is found to have breached the Terms & Conditions, PIPezi reserves the right to liquidate the account, and return the appropriately calculated, present monetary value of the account back to a nominated bank account.
This means that you may lose access to our services, your Wallet, Tokens, and NFTs.
It is your responsibility to maintain this safety, and PIPezi will not be liable for any losses incurred through violations of our policies, relating to your account.
